At America’s Best Advocates we recognize Attorneys and Firms that excel in their area of practice. Few Attorneys and Firms can display our Top Attorney badge on their website or display the plaque in their office.
Membership is an exclusive honor and extended to less than 1% of all attorneys. When vetting an Attorney or Firm for list inclusion, we look at many aspects of the Attorney or Firm that sets them apart from their peers. Aspects considered are but are not limited to the below. The below listed criteria are some of things we look at but we will also consider other factors at this organization’s discretion when choosing nominees. This applies to both Attorneys and Law Firms.
- A nomination for consideration by our research and/or a fellow Attorney or Firm;
- Attorney and Firm ratings from the major internet review venues;
- Specializations and area of law specific certifications;
- Absence of any unresolved Attorney Grievance Committee discipline;
- Good Standing in their respective State Bar;
- Possession of Advanced Degrees;
- Awards received;
- Professional Associations and their activity in such Associations;
- Publications in their field; and
- Speaking engagements, seminars, or authoritative papers in their field/area of expertise.
We are an invitation only third-party rating organization that believes that the best Attorneys and Law Firms should be easily found and accessible. Our Attorney and Law Firm Lists allow potential new clients to find eligible Attorneys and Firms all in one place saving them time and money.

Attorneys can choose for a free, online listing only option, or choose the full paid Membership which most choose to receive the Badge, Plaque, Press Release, and usage permission to use the Badge on advertising of the Member’s choosing.

– 9″ by 12″ custom plaque with your Name and State of practice
