Please notify us at support@americasbestadvocates.org if you find any error, omission, or have information/facts that you believe we did not consider or need to consider/re-evaluate. We explicitly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, results, or reliability of the materials found on our website or linked sites. Additionally, we do not endorse any attorneys and/or law firms listed in this directory, nor do we guarantee any specific outcomes. Attorney and/or law firms must accept membership and our legal directory reflects competent attorneys and/law firms based on our research reflects this. The legal directory is not a final list of only attorneys and/or law firms you should or can consider and any use of the word top, best, America’s best or similar words reflects those we feel are qualified attorneys and/or law firms based on a specific State, area, or region that accepted nomination which can either be free or at cost for those accepting. Consumers should do their own research as to the competency of any attorney and/or law firm. We do not warrant or guarantee the work, competency, or outcome of any attorney and/or law firm listed in our legal directory and any content is as is. This website asserts its right to cooperate with, be part of, own, or serve as a subsidiary to other related sites and companies.
In evaluating attorneys or firms for inclusion in our directory, we assess various distinguishing factors. These include nominations received through our research or from fellow attorneys or firms, ratings from major internet review platforms, specialized certifications in specific areas of law, absence of any unresolved disciplinary actions by Attorney Grievance Committees, good standing with their respective State Bar associations, possession of advanced degrees, awards received, active involvement in professional associations, publications within their field, and participation in speaking engagements, seminars, or authoritative presentations related to their expertise. We consider these criteria, among others, at the discretion of our organization when selecting nominees, applicable to both individual attorneys and law firms and the above factors are not all that we may take into consideration.
